Some fun facts about this stallion -

His sire is World Grand Champion Iron Metal Chief. He was a beautiful black Fox Trotter
who was immortalized by Breyer when they used him as the model for the current
Fox Trotter mold. He is Breyer Horse No. 971, a Limited Edition issued in 1997.

Pirate's Grand Sire is the infamous Missouri Traveler, thought by many to be the
greatest Missouri Fox Trotting horse of all time.

Chief's Iron Pirate, himself was selected by the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed
Association to respresent the perfect Fox Trotting Horse in a promotional video that
they produced a few years back.

This horse's lineage is truly royalty, but to us he is simply, Pirate, the greatest
Fox Trotting stallion in the world. What better legacy to leave than to be admired
and loved by those who know you best.
